Since 11/11/11 I have done nothing else pretty much than just play Skyrim, well Skyrim, Assassin’s Creed, Uncharted 3, Battlefield etc. I haven’t got any work done basically, just relaxing playing video games aha, it got so bad over the next few days after Skyrim’s launch that I actually got cramp in my fingers from holding the controller. It was then I knew to stop aha.
I have another interview today, this time at Gamestation, I hope I get this job so bad aha. Wish me luck!
Harry Potter
Recently I have been getting back into World of Warcraft, had rekindled my love for RPG’s (role-playing games). I recently bought Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which I really like, although I seem to suck at it at the moment. Call of Duty has made me think left trigger is aim down sights, whereas in DE-HR it puts you into cover, sticking you to the nearest effing wall, even if the enemies you were attacking can still see you there.
But anyway yeah, back on track, I have been really keen on RPG’s recently and with Harry Potter now having come to end with the books having been long since complete and the movies more recently being complete, it needs something new.
So I know I might be a bit late on the uptake since this trailer has been out since TGS 2010 but Capcom announced another Devil May Cry game called DmC. It features a new look Dante and is a prequel to Devil May Cry 3, which itself is a prequel to the Devil May Cry series.
Looking at the comments you can instantly see that people DO NOT like Dante’s new look. He is a teenager and has black hair with a white tuft at the back from what I can make out.
They are saying it’s going to be a rubbish game based on what he looks like, some people just don’t like change apparently and to be honest he doesn’t look that bad, he looks how I would expect a DanTEEN (see what I did there) to look like.
Just because he looks different it doesn’t mean the story, gameplay and supporting characters will be bad either.
People need to chill and realise that A) It’s just a game and B) Don’t judge a game by its trailer. So many games have had AWESOME trailers and then turned out to be rubbish and I’m sure in the months up till release more and more trailers and gameplay footage will come out and it’ll shape up to be a good game.

E3 is nigh...
According to the E3 website E3 is taking place June 7-9 apparently there are Press Conferences today though as I found out here: http://uk.kotaku.com/5808799/your-handy-guide-to-e3s-big-press-conference-kick+off-times
Apparently it is kicked off at 1630 UK time…TODAY, luckily I have the day off and the rest of my evening planned, some may call it sad, I call it keeping an active interest in a particular subject that I like.
So today we have:
Microsoft – 17:30
EA – 20:30
Ubisoft – 22:30
Tomorrow see’s Sony and Nintendo reveal their particular news.
Sony – 01:00
Nintendo – 17:00
I’ll post my views on anything that I think is worth posting on, I don’t want to fill up my posts with JUST E3 stuff. I may make a E3 page in my Game Reviews section and post the relevant stuff there.

So E3 is this Tuesday, expect a lot of posts from me about it. I can’t wait to see what Sony, Microsoft and Ninty reveal, I’m going to try and catch the live streams of their press conferences and if I do I’ll be posting live, if not I’ll have to watch them later and I’ll just have to do posts about what they reveal, either way I can not wait. I recently played the demo for the 2D platformer “Outland” developed by Housemarque and published by Ubisoft. It was a fantastic game from the visuals to the sound and I will be writing a full fledged review for the game soon which you’ll be able to find under the Game Review section at the top.
I’ll post an update here once it is up.
